Who Can Join the Sons of Ben?

The Sons of Ben is an inclusive organization, open to all ages, genders, and ethnicities. We pride ourselves on celebrating all cultures and seek individuals who are passionate about making our stadium as loud and intimidating as possible.

What Are the Requirements to Join the Sons of Ben?

Membership requires an annual dues payment. The current cost is $35 for new members and $30 for returning members. We ask for an email address for each membership to track membership numbers, send updates, and issue voting rights.

If purchasing a membership for a child, parents may use their email instead; please note that votes are issued one per email.

What Is Typically Included in a Membership Kit?

We update the membership kit contents yearly to keep things fresh. Each kit typically includes a Membership Scarf and a Sons of Ben-branded pin. In the past, kits have also included items like stickers, patches, bandanas, stadium bags, flags, and a membership coin for discounts at local businesses. We welcome ideas for future kits; please reach out to the Membership Director or use the contact form below to share your thoughts.

How Can I Purchase My Membership Kit?

How Do I Order Multiple Kits for My Household?

We understand members may purchase memberships as gifts or for other household members. When ordering multiple kits, please include the names and email addresses for each additional member in the checkout notes section. If any information is missing, we will reach out to you. Please note that each email address is used for updates and voting privileges (one vote per email).

Did You Receive My Membership Order? I Haven’t Heard Back!

After placing an order through our online store, you should receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, another email will be sent. As our store is volunteer-run, please be patient. If you need an update, email us at info@Sonsofben.com or contact the Membership Director. Please note: New Membership Kits typically ship near the start of the regular season but may be delayed due to production or other factors.

How Can I Receive My Membership Kit?

You can receive your membership kit in one of two ways. Kits are available shortly before or after the start of the MLS season. You may choose to have it shipped to your home or pick it up at an official Sons of Ben tailgate during the season.

Where Does Membership Money Go?

As a registered 501(c)(3) with an all-volunteer staff, your dues directly support the organization. Funds cover membership premiums and items needed for a successful supporters’ club, like banners, flags, grills, tents, and smoke bombs. We also make donations to local charities, including but not limited to the Bernardine Center, Philly Bully Team, Ta Ta Rebels, The Veterans Group, and The Morris Home.

How Do I Get Involved?

Volunteering is central to our organization. To volunteer at a tailgate, sign-up links are typically posted on our social media a few days beforehand. Tailgate volunteers are provided free food and drinks. For other opportunities, please email info@Sonsofben.com or complete the contact form below.
